The common reasons for gas meter interruption are as follows:
1.Insufficient gas account balance: If the stove and water heater cannot be ignited, you should consider whether the smart IoT meter is out of gas due to insufficient balance. You can check the balance by operating the function button on the IoT meter. If you are in arrears, after the recharge is successful, long press the gas meter function button to resume gas use.

2. Low power on the gas meter: If the account balance is sufficient, consider whether it is because the gas meter is low on power. You can observe the power display on the gas meter. If it is not full (or there is a battery replacement reminder on the LCD screen), you need to replace all the batteries in the meter before pressing the communication button to open the valve for gas.

3. Long-term non-use: If you have not used natural gas for a long time, the meter may close the valve due to no flow, resulting in gas outage. You can open the valve and use gas by long pressing the communication button.
